Executive Biography
Frank Ussery is the Founder and Executive Consultant of Forward-Thinking Consultants LLC, a healthcare-focused safety, security, compliance, emergency preparedness, and operational-risk consulting organization serving healthcare, commercial, and public-sector environments.
With more than twenty years of leadership and operational experience, Frank has supported healthcare organizations, commercial operations, data-center environments, and multi-department operational settings through security leadership, workplace violence prevention initiatives, emergency preparedness planning, operational-risk management, compliance support, staff development, and organizational leadership.
Frank’s background includes multi-site oversight responsibilities involving hospitals and regional operational environments throughout Southern California, including operational support involving healthcare systems, commercial operations, and oversight responsibilities associated with data facilities within the Southern California region.
Throughout his career, Frank has managed and supported corporate programs involving: • Healthcare security operations • Workplace violence prevention initiatives • Emergency preparedness coordination • Risk and vulnerability assessments • Staff training and operational development • Contract and vendor coordination • Proposal and RFP-response participation • Transportation and fleet coordination • Communications and operational support services • Policy and procedural development • Executive reporting and operational analysis • Organizational-development and startup support
