Solomon Axel serves as FTC's Grant Strategist, leading the identification, research, and development of grant funding opportunities that fuel Forward-Thinking Consultants' mission and client programs. With a sharp analytical mind and a deep understanding of federal, state, and private funding landscapes, Solomon ensures that FTC and its clients are positioned to secure the resources needed to drive meaningful impact.
Solomon brings expertise in grant writing, compliance reporting, budget development, and funder relationship management across healthcare, public safety, government, and community-based sectors. He stays ahead of emerging funding priorities — from HRSA and SAMHSA to California Office of Emergency Services and private foundations — identifying opportunities before they become competitive.

Her role focuses on tracking evolving healthcare, workplace violence prevention, safety, security, and compliance developments while assisting leadership with operational awareness, reporting support, and strategic coordination across healthcare and commercial environments.
Camille supports the organization through ongoing research related to workplace violence prevention standards, healthcare operational guidance, regulatory updates, risk awareness, compliance trends, and administrative coordination efforts that help strengthen organizational preparedness and operational confidence.
