Frank Ussery is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forward-Thinking Consultants LLC, a healthcare safety, security, emergency preparedness, and operational-risk consulting firm built to help organizations prepare before risk becomes crisis.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health environments, data centers, school district safety operations, and corporate security programs, Mr. Ussery brings a strategic, forward-thinking, and practical executive perspective to organizational protection. His leadership approach combines operational discipline, compliance awareness, risk intelligence, and innovative problem-solving to strengthen the systems that protect people, assets, reputation, and continuity of operations.
His background includes oversight of workplace violence prevention, emergency preparedness, risk assessments, physical threat assessments, compliance readiness, and operational support programs across complex, high-risk, and mission-critical environments. He is recognized for looking beyond surface-level concerns, identifying emerging risks, and helping leaders and organizationsbuild practical solutions that improve readiness, accountability, and long-term resilience.
